My hotel doesn't have Bravo blasting on the gigantic flat panel HD TV thingy that faces my bed (and would frighten me if I weren't mesmerized).
That means I can't watch the Top Chef finale tomorrow. It will probably end up as part of a date with Dia sometime this weekend.
But I have to say I LOVE Top Chef. The product placement is so obvious that it can be dismissed. What's compelling is that people are competing and being judged based on having creativity, skills, and an ability to make some shit happen. Frank Bruni agrees.
