The best and most comforting aspect of time on the “Sunny Dream” is Chef Bernard’s food. As you would expect of a French chef, Bernard is a character. He’s well traveled, hard working, and full of humor. I adore the man.
It seesm like every restaurant in Cannes serves soupe de poisson. I watched Chef Bernard make this soup and enthusiastically related his recipe, which was the the last of his food I'll eat this year.
